This place is legendarily delicious. Not sure what’s up with the other one star reviews but I’m grateful that my experience was far from bad. All four of us were absolutely thrilled with our dinner. Sure, it’s crowded, noisy, and a bit cramped... but holy cow. The food. It tasted amazing. Guys. I eat Italian food. Most places simply give you mom’s spaghetti and charge 30. Not pasta jays. This creamy pesto sauce blew my mind. Will be back. Soon.

Must-go restaurant in Boulder. Food is always a 10/10 (I’ve gone at least 10 times) highly recommend absolutely everything in the menu, and the service is always amazing. Sorry I don’t have better pictures, it looks way better than this I just usually am too hungry to wait apparently Pasta Jay’s you have my heart!

The food was fantastic! Loved the create-your-own trio option. The caprese salad was also good. The server was nice. Food came out pretty quickly too

Delicious food. Service was a little racist-y but I'm a pretty easy forgiver especially for the simple fact that I was the only brown non-employed human there. I wouldn't even get acknowledgement nor eye contact whoch made the experience a tad uncomfortable. Now on to the real business: Food; The gnocchi was perfect. The alfredo was definitely a classically made sauce, comparable to the smoothieness of a delicious veloute with cream. Marinara was rustic and another very classic Italian sauce. Stuffed shells were also very delicious, great sauce to meat ratio - if you know what I mean. Chicken Parmigiano was seasoned well and crispy but not dry, which is fantastic and made it delightful.

We just had the most amazing anniversary meal ever! Sicily was our server (I hope I spelled her name right) but she was immediately so helpful, friendly, comfortable to talk to, and overall an amazing server. The food was also 100 out of 10, I got the lobster ravioli, and my partner got the seafood linguine dish. We enjoyed our meal on the patio, soaking in the city of boulder on an absolutely perfect evening outside. Sicily, you were absolutely awesome! We like to come to Pasta Jay's every couple of months, I really hope you are working next time we come in!

We took the hour drive here from Denver because it's been highly recommended many times by relatives. We called ahead in case it was busy and luckily it was not. So we had a very peaceful experience. Our waitress was extremely friendly and the food was excellent. There was a bit of a wait but it's fine considering there are great views and the interior artwork gives you plenty to look at. 10/10 worth the commute for some amazing food.

We are so thankful for Pasta Jays in supporting our local orchestra program by donating to our pasta dinner. The delivery and setup was on time and friendly and the food was outstanding! Consider doing your catering through Pasta Jay's, you won't be disappointed!
